The purpose of this blog is to support lucid living, or waking up in all states of being. As we wake up, we get out of our own way. As we do so, life is able to express itself more clearly through us, and wake up to itself. Integral Deep Listening seeks to respect the dreams of both sleeping and waking life, of all those attempting to wake themselves out of drama and help others to do the same. We will explore the amazing perspectives of characters from both normal and lucid dreams, as well as waking dreams of UFOs, synchronicities, Armageddon, political figures and religious avatars.
