While interviewing a dream character is simply a matter of choosing, becoming, and answering pre-selected questions as a dream monster, cloud, gun, or toilet brush, interviewing a life issue requires more explanation. Write three life issues that matter to you. Choose the one that brings up the strongest feelings. Name those feelings and write them down: scared, frustrated, sad, angry, confused…What color(s) does that feeling or feelings remind you of? Write it down. If that color were to condense or congeal into a form, what would it be? Write a description. Then interview that form as if it were a dream character.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1506593171987{padding-top: 20px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]The purpose for this process is that it imitates the creation of dream characters at night when you are sleeping. Your daytime worries, concerns, and issues are metaphorically depicted as characters in dream relationships. Once you create a character that personifies your concern or life issue, it will describe its relationships in the following interview.
