Learn a professional skill set that will create abundance in your life through meaningful and beneficial service to others

Abundance and prosperity exist in many forms. Integral Deep Listening encourages you to trust that when you become who you authentically are and live that life passionately, that you will feel abundant and prosperous, regardless of how much money you have. This will set a context for generating an exterior reality that reflects your inner state of consciousness. Give the gift of an Integral Deep Listening interview to a child or someone who doesn’t have any money; you will be enriched. Teach others by your example to share freely the best of who they are with others. Prosperity follows when you provide a service that heals, balances, and transforms the lives of others.  There is great, genuine, lasting satisfaction that comes from providing real help that makes a concrete difference for people in need.

Learn interventions that are fundamentally integral and transpersonal, rather than basically psychotherapeutic or religious, yet which heal, balance, and transform.

Integral Deep Listening is a psychospiritual, transpersonal, and integral methodologythat is primarily self-directed.   In addition to being integral, transpersonal modalities are internal and experiential, yet based on physical/emotional needs as well as reason.  IDL takes excellent tools from various schools of psychotherapy, such as cognitive distortion elimination from cognitive behavior therapy, script analysis and understanding the Drama Triangle from Transactional Analysis, and understanding defense mechanisms from Freud and approaches them in the context of meditation, Integral Deep Listening interviewing, and Wilber’s Integral Life Practice.

Awaken the highest potentials within your clients

You don’t know what is best for yourself, much less for your clients.  If you pretend that you do by playing the spiritual parent, they will eventually come to resent the disempowerment that represents.  As an Integral Deep Listening Practitioner, people will come to you not only to help them listen to their highest potentials, but to keep them accountable to act on what rings true for them.

Identify, listen to, and defuse resistance within your clients

Most therapies point out client resistances. Integral Deep Listening allows your clients to understand how and why they are blocking their own development and then shows them practical ways to stop sabotaging their happiness. Your job is to help them listen to their resistances in a way that frees them to attain new and higher potentials.

Teach your clients to listen to the healer within

Integral Deep Listening does not awaken the healer within.  It is already awake!  What it does is teach how to first listen to and then implement the amazingly perceptive and appropriate recommendations emerging potentials often make.

Teach your clients to listen to emerging potentials that will tell them how and why they are stuck and what they need to get unstuck

Everyone knows that they are stuck.  They know they need help getting unstuck, but they either put on the brave face or do not want to appear weak or dependent.  It’s both easy and fun to interview a character from a dream or the personification of a life issue that speaks  truths they cannot deny about who they are and what they need to do.

Learn how to provide support and accountability for your client’s ongoing integral life practice

Most health professionals are taught to provide interpretations called diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans.  When clients do not do what they are told health professionals tend to accuse them of lack of “compliance.”  As an Integral Deep Listening Practitioner, you do not provide interpretations.  You teach your clients how to listen to the feedback of interviewed emerging potentials and their recommendations for improving their lives.  In addition to help ing them to create an action plan in which they put those recommendation to the test in their daily lives, you provide an accountability structure to help them stay on track at making changes that they want to make.

Learn strategies that complement many other interventions, including counseling, massage, hypnotherapy, coaching, Reiki, and ministry

As an Integral Deep Listening practitioner, your work blends in seamlessly with the tools you already provide to others.  Whether you are a naturopath, mother, physician, mediator, minister, acupuncturist, teacher, adolescent peer counselor, or professional therapist, the quality of your services will be enhanced.  If you want to improve communication, trust, and intimacy with friends, family, and lovers, Integral Deep Listening is here to help.

Learn to offer others something unique

As an Integral Deep Listening Practitioner you get to practice crazy wisdom.  That means you get to make money having fun.  How many people manage to do that?  The only problem that you will have is that life will become so much fun that you may not care so much whether you have money or not or if you charge people for your time and expertise.  You will have to learn that what you have to offer is so special and precious that giving it away gives some people the wrong message – they don’t take their own innate wisdom seriously. They don’t realize what an incredible gift you are in their lives because you mirror their own highest agenda, rather than imposing one on them.
